How To Exit Factory Mode on the QLED TV

Follow these step-by-step instructions to exit factory mode and reset your TV to normal operation:

Steps to Exit Factory Mode:

1. Prepare the Required Tools:

• Obtain a wired keyboard and connect it to the TV via a USB port.

• start the tv until the factory mode is displayed
  

2. Input the Reset Combination:

• Using the keyboard, type the number combination 9731.
• Wait for the TV to process the command. The screen may indicate that it is resetting or restarting.

3. Wait for the Reset Completion:

• Once the TV displays a message stating "Reset Complete", proceed to the next step.

4. Power Off the TV:

• Unplug the power cord from the TV.
• Leave the TV disconnected from power for about 10 seconds.

5. Restart the TV:

• Reconnect the power cord and turn the TV back on.
• The TV should now start in normal mode, exiting factory mode successfully.

Troubleshooting:

• If you do not own a wired keyboard please send an email to service@inno-eu.com and we will send yopu a remote control with numbers that can act like a keyboard. 

• If the TV does not exit factory mode:

• Double-check the combination you entered.
• Ensure the wired keyboard is properly connected.
• Repeat the process from the beginning.

• If problems persist, contact the TV's customer support for assistance.
